Within GCIB (Global Corporate & Investment Banking), ESFO (European Structured Finance Office) offers comprehensive advisory and debt arrangement for the non-recourse and limited recourse financing of long-term, capital intensive projects. Our specialist teams focus on a range of sectors, including power & renewables, infrastructure, natural resources and housing finance.
The Financial Advisory team (“GCIB Financial Advisory”) spans all sectors and aims to structure the most competitive and deliverable funding solution for our client base.
The Energy and Infrastructure teams have responsibility for the delivery and execution of the financing product in their respective sectors.
The JCIB (Japanese Corporate Investment Banking) Financial Advisory team will operate alongside the existing GCIB Financial Advisory team, delivering the advisory product specifically to projects where clients covered by JCIB have a controlling interest.
Playing a key role in further developing, growing and sustaining a market leading financial advisory business services across the Energy and Infrastructure sectors in EMEA.
Contribute to the development of product related policies.
Line management responsibility to develop team members.
The role may require extensive international travel.
Work Experience:
Relevant experience from a structured finance advisory/product role.
Experience from structuring innovative financing solutions.
Fluent Japanese.
Strong Structured Finance understanding.
Familiar with different types of financing.
Creative and innovative approach to work.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
