Due to our continuing success within the residential development sector Ridge has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/Employer's Agent to come and join our large and expanding multi-disciplinary team in our Winchester office. You will be working alongside professionals from a mix of backgrounds, including building surveying, project and cost management, engineering and architecture, all committed to delivering for our wide range of clients. This role will enable someone to develop their career within the business with the opportunity to expand the service and develop a team of specialist service delivery in this area. ?What you need to do to be effective in this role Be client focussed and assist client s with the development projects Lead reviews of precontract documentation and project technical due diligence - support the client through pre contract and post contract procurement / deals .
