ThisisafantasticopportunitytoplayakeyroleindeliveringretrofitandenergyefficiencyimprovementsfundedthroughtheSocialHousingDecarbonisationFund(SHDF),withastrongfocusonWave2andWave3projects.
TheRole
AsProjectManager,youwilltakeownershipofend-to-enddeliveryacrossSHDF fundedschemes,ensuringprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinbudget,andtoregulatoryandqualitystandards.
Youwillworkcloselywithhousingassociations,contractors,consultants,andlocalauthoritiestodrivesuccessfulretrofitprogrammesthatcontributetotheUKssustainabilitytargets.
KeyResponsibilities
LeaddeliveryofSHDFWave2andWave3decarbonisationprojects
Manageprojectlifecyclefrommobilisationthroughtocompletion
Overseebudgets,timelines,risks,andstakeholderengagement
Coordinatecontractorsandretrofitsupplychainpartners
EnsurecompliancewithPAS2035andretrofitstandards
Monitorperformance,reportingprogresstoseniorstakeholders
Drivecontinuousimprovementandbestpracticeinretrofitdelivery
