I am working with a £Bn top tier contractor who are building a new team based in London working on New Build Light Industrial Projects in the Homes Counties and M4 corridor. They are looking to bring in a Project Manager who has previous relevant experience taking £50M-£100M new build projects from Tender/Bid, Precon/PCSA through Delivery to hand over. This will ideally include new build Steel and/or RC frame new build and M&E packages.You will be reporting to and be supported by the Project Director/Snr PM.

You will: * Be responsible for Precon involved in setting up the project through PCSA from RIBA Stage 4 onwards coordinating with Design Managers. * Ensure site planning and the program is in place for project delivery, coordinating with the build team (Planning, Design, Commercial and Logistics). * Work in support of the Project lead to develop, measure and ensure delivery against the project budgets including preliminaries and supply chain procurement that aligns to the profit strategy for the project. * Working closely with the Senior PM or Project Director to ensure Quality and HSE standard are aligned with company and statutory regulations/standards. * Ensure there is a successful and smooth handover of the project, including support to customer/ end user throughout the handover process.
