Project Manager – Construction (Medical / Healthcare Projects)

Luton Start Date: 7th April 2026 ⏳ Duration: 9 Months (until end of 2026) Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)

Approach Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a specialist construction project in Luton, with a strong focus on medical and healthcare environments.

This is a client-facing role, requiring a confident and professional individual who can effectively manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining strong working relationships

Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

*

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and specification

*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

*

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

*

Monitor progress, quality, and performance, reporting regularly to senior management

*

Identify and resolve any issues to keep the project on track

First Aid at Work

*

Proven experience working on medical projects, hospitals, or clean room environments

Strong client-facing and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
