Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years’ experience delivering small to medium-sized property projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and proven project coordination skills.
• Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or APM are beneficial but not essential.
• Degree in Construction, Surveying, or a related discipline.

Salary & Employee Benefits

• Basic salary between £32,000 to £45,000.
• 5% employer pension contribution.
