A well-established construction consultancy based in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with commercial sector experience to take on a key role within a reputable construction environment. The successful Project Manager will work on a range of projects, gaining exposure to high-quality schemes while developing their career.

This Project Manager role offers the chance to be involved across the full project lifecycle within a busy consultancy. The Project Manager will support and lead on projects from inception through to completion, making this an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager looking to strengthen their experience in the commercial construction sector.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The 'Project Manager's' role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects from early feasibility stages through to handover. The Project Manager will coordinate design teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, overseeing procurement processes, administering contracts (JCT), and monitoring construction progress on site. The Project Manager will also provide regular client reports and manage project risks.

The 'Project Manager'

The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline. The Project Manager will have experience delivering commercial projects within the construction sector.

Progress towards or achievement of MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is desirable. The Project Manager will be a strong communicator, organised, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
