A well-regarded construction consultancy based in Sevenoaks is seeking a Project Manager or early Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to develop their career within a dynamic construction environment, working across a diverse range of sectors including education, commercial office, retail, and residential.
This Project Manager role offers a varied workload and clear progression into a more senior position. The Project Manager will take on increasing responsibility across multiple construction projects, supported by an experienced team. This opportunity is ideal for a driven Project Manager looking to broaden sector experience while building a long-term career.
The 'Project Manager's' role
The Project Manager will manage projects from feasibility through to completion, coordinating design teams and managing stakeholders. The Project Manager will ensure delivery in line with programme, cost, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities include procurement, contract administration (JCT), reporting, and overseeing construction progress on site. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects across various sectors.
The 'Project Manager'
The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar. The Project Manager will have experience across sectors such as education, office, retail, or residential.
Working towards or holding MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is desirable. The Project Manager will be ambitious, organised, and confident managing multiple stakeholders.
