A reputable, growing construction consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and forward thinking environment, delivering a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors. The successful Project Manager will be joining a consultancy with a strong regional presence and a reputation for quality delivery and client satisfaction.

The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading projects from inception through to completion. The Project Manager will be involved in
* Project planning and programme management
* Procurement and contract administration
* Cost and risk management
* Coordination of consultants and contractors
The Project Manager will also
* Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders
* Monitor project performance to ensure successful delivery
* Support senior team members on larger schemes
* Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships
The Project Manager
The ideal Project Manager will be a driven and organised construction professional with consultancy experience and:
* A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Working towards or achieved MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB
* Experience delivering projects within the built environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
It would be advantageous for the Project Manager to have
* Experience across multiple sectors
* A good understanding of JCT or NEC contracts
