Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out

I’m currently working with a well-established independent construction consultancy that’s looking to strengthen its London team with an experienced Project Manager specialising in commercial fit-out projects.

This is a great opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong pipeline of CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs, refurbishments and fast-paced workplace projects across Central London, working with blue-chip clients, landlords and occupiers.

The role will involve:

Managing commercial fit-out projects from pre-contract through to completion

*

Acting as client-side Project Manager on office fit-out and refurbishment schemes

*

Leading consultant and contractor teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

*

Programming, risk management, cost control and stakeholder management

*

Working closely with clients to provide clear, professional project leadership

What they’re looking for:

*

Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B)

*

Background in a consultancy or client-side environment

*

Strong knowledge of project delivery, JCT contracts and construction processes

*

Confident communicator, comfortable managing clients and project teams

*

Relevant construction or project management qualification preferred

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

The role will pay a salary between £55-65k depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package
