Working alongside some of the North Wests leading main contractors and developers, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a landmark scheme with real community impact.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major civils and groundworks packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing all on-site operations across groundworks and major civils worksManaging site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partnersProgramme management and coordination with main contractorsEnsuring full compliance with HSEQ standardsClient liaison and stakeholder reportingCommercial awareness alongside QS teamsDriving productivity while maintaining exceptional safety standardsRequirementsProven track record delivering large-scale groundworks and civil engineering schemesStrong experience in public realm and infrastructure projectsExcellent leadership and project management capabilityAbility to manage multiple workstreams within a live construction environmentValid CSCS CardSMSTS CertificationFirst Aid at WorkWhats on Offer£350£425 per day (dependent on experience)Long-term contract on a landmark North West projectOpportunity to work with an established contractor with a strong regional reputationHigh-profile scheme with excellent portfolio valueIf you are an experienced Civils Project Manager looking to play a key role in delivering a flagship education development in Blackpool, wed like to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
