Job Title: Project Manager- Civils \n\nType: Permanent \n\nLocation: Birmingham\n\nSalary: dependant on experience \n\nJob Reference: JHFPM\n\nI am looking for a project manager with a good civil engineering background, to deliver engineering technical excellence on works in Birmingham.\n\nRole\n\nYou will have previous experience working in a similar role within programmes from a civils/buildings aspect. This role would suit a project manager who has worked on rail and civil new works. \n\nKey responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nEnsure the civil engineering element of the works goes according with works plans.\nOrganise resources of people and materials to ensure delivery of works.\nWork in a team for round the clock coverage of job sites.\nAssist with engineering design and plans as required\nAttend engineering reviews as required for allocated contracts.Essential requirements:\n\nCivil engineering background\nBuildings project works at early stages\nWill need to have current or past project management experience \n\nTo discuss in more detail please call Josh Hill at Advance or apply\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
