The Role As Transition Manager you will lead projects that impact operational and maintenance teams. As Transition Manager you will lead the change management process for each project to ensure operational readiness. Working alongside a Business As Usual operational organisation you will develop key stakeholder engagement to ensure changes are well communicated and effectively adopted. You will design and deliver the transition roadmap for each project working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.
