We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our Strategy, Change and Transformation Practice as Project Managers and Business Analysts, allocated to a multi-disciplinary squad delivering a range of Front Office change projects.
This role is working across a range of Technology and Business driven change Programmes.
The purpose of the role will to apply analytical and project management expertise to deliver a range of Front Office projects, working with colleagues in Compliance, Operations and Technology.
The role:
- Hands-on experience throughout the change lifecycle including definition of problem statement, requirements gathering, creation and execution of test plans, and ensuring business readiness for implementation.
- Experience of partnering successfully with the SMEs across various functions such as Front Office, Quants, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
- Deep expertise in front office products and processes
- Strong PM experience incl. risk management and ensuring all documentation is in place to record the details of project delivery and testing to audit standard
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Prior experience in working across Front Office systems and processes
- Knowledge of trade flow, trading systems and related concepts and technology, including valuation and client/market risk management
- Proven track record of delivering similar projects. Experience of adherence to governance frameworks / implementation and handover to BAU
- Experience of different project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, PRINCE2
- Able to translate strategies into plans that can be effectively executed
