Project Manager (Installs) – Air Conditioning

Central Belt, Scotland

Full-Time | Permanent

£55- £65k +Car Allowance + Benefits

About the Role

We are working exclusively with a well-respected and expanding air conditioning specialist based in the Central Belt, who deliver high-quality AC installations across the commercial sector. Due to sustained project growth, the company is now seeking an experienced Project Manager (AC bias) to take ownership of multiple installation projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial AC installation projects from pre-start to handover

*

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials, and resources to ensure smooth delivery

*

Conduct site visits, surveys, and liaise with clients to confirm project requirements

*

Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety legislation, F-Gas regulations, and internal quality standards

*

Monitor project costs, timelines, and variations, reporting progress to senior management

*

Work collaboratively with engineers, estimators, and design teams to resolve technical issues

*

Maintain excellent client communication and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project

Requirements

*

Proven experience managing commercial air conditioning or HVAC installation projects

*

Strong working knowledge of VRV/VRF, split, and ducted AC systems

*

Ability to lead on-site teams and manage subcontractor performance

*

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

*

Full understanding of health & safety compliance and site coordination

*

F-Gas certification () or relevant HVAC/engineering qualifications

*

Full UK driving licence
