Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager (PM) to lead our Global Profitability Reporting Program. This is a high-impact role operating at the intersection of management accounting, advanced analytics, and enterprise technology.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with hands-on technical understanding and the leadership presence to drive alignment and decisions across a complex, global stakeholder landscape.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
\n
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Global Profitability Reporting program, ensuring alignment with business objectives
\n
\n
\n
Lead cross-functional teams spanning Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and regional business units
\n
\n
\n
Translate management accounting and activity-based costing (ABC) principles into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
\n
\n
\n
Act as the primary driver of discussions, decisions, and trade-offs in highly complex environments
\n
\n
\n
Oversee design and implementation of reporting solutions built on Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Fabric
\n
\n
\n
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and steer the program through ambiguity and change
\n
\n
\n
Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, including executives, to influence outcomes
\n
\n
\n
Required Experience & Skills
\n
\n
\n
Strong background in Management Accounting, with deep understanding of Activity-Based Costing (ABC)
\n
\n
\n
Proven experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions in enterprise environments
\n
\n
\n
Solid technical competence with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric-based data and reporting platforms
\n
\n
\n
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive decisions in complex, multi-stakeholder setups
\n
\n
\n
Demonstrated ownership mindset, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure and uncertainty
\n
\n
\n
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
\n
\n
\n
