Role: Project manager 2 - change manager Location: London Contract: ASAP - 23rd June'26 Pay Rates: Inside IR35 Umbrella Rate: £663/day (via a Hays approved umbrella company). PAYE Basic Rate: £500/day Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday - Friday. Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Full JD below:Change ManagerThe Change Manager is responsible for planning and delivering business change and adoption activities within technology and transformation programmes, ensuring new services, systems and ways of working are embedded, adopted and sustained.Operating within Computacenter's Adoption & Change Management (ACM) framework, the Change Manager works as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams to integrate change activity into project delivery and support successful outcomes across public and private sector engagements.This role is delivery focused and hands-on, supporting one or more projects at a time, while contributing to the growth and maturity of the ACM practice through the creation of assets, consistent ways of working and continuous improvement.Core Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end change management aligned to the client's ACM framework. Create and maintain key change artefacts: impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, comms and training plans. Integrate change activities into project plans and ensure realistic sequencing. Engage stakeholders to understand impacts, build readiness and address concerns. Support leaders in driving adoption and managing resistance. Facilitate workshops, briefings and engagement sessions. Identify and manage people-related risks and track adoption readiness. Provide structured reporting, ensure quality of change deliverables and support governance. Contribute to ACM practice development through templates, insights and knowledge sharing.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering business or digital change. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to produce and execute change plans and assessments. Understanding of project delivery methods (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). Ability to translate technical change into business impact.
Desirable
Experience in regulated or complex environments. Change or project management certification (Prosci, APMG, etc.). Experience in training, communications or adoption measurement. Exposure to large-scale IT/digital transformation.

Role Context
Reports to ACM Practice Lead. Works closely with PMs, PMO, Adoption and Comms teams.
