The Role
Working as a Project / Intermediate QS supporting live commercial fit out projects
Managing core commercial tasks: procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs, and cost reporting
Working closely with delivery teams, subcontractors, and senior management
Office-based role in Holborn, with flexibility around site visits
Option to work 1 day per week from home once established
Clear opportunity to grow with the business as project scale and workload increase
What they’re looking for
Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project QS (not senior-heavy profiles)
Background in commercial interiors or fit out strongly preferred
Good understanding of trades and subcontractors — practical, delivery-aware
Comfortable running commercial elements on live projects with support
Ambitious, commercially sound, and keen to develop long-term within one business
