Project HSE Coordinator – Contract Opportunity (South West London)
Ceto Talent are supporting a global offshore EPC contractor on a major energy infrastructure project, and are looking to engage a Project HSE Coordinator to support the delivery of project-wide HSE activities.
Purpose of the Position Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, the Project HSE Coordinator will work within a Project HSE Team to support the coordination and implementation of activities related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management across the project.
The Role You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day HSE coordination and ensuring documentation, reporting, and systems are maintained to a high standard across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in maintaining and improving project HSE documentation
* Support performance reporting, including compilation and analysis of HSE data and KPIs
* Maintain HSE databases, documentation, and records
* Support the investigation, documentation, and tracking of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
* Assist with risk assessments, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project HSE Manager
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a HSE coordination role
* Background within offshore, marine, or energy projects preferred
* Relevant QHSE qualifications or certifications are advantageous
* Knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards is beneficial
