Location: Bristol & Cardiff
Salary: £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Kingston Barnes are proudly recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the Energy recovery / Process industry for an experienced Project Engineer. This is a key position, supporting and delivering engineering changes to increase the MCR across operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and deliver engineering changes to increase Maximum Continuous Rating (MCR) across Energy Recovery Facilities
* Work with OEMs, contractors, site teams, and central engineering to develop technical solutions
* Integrate engineering projects into planned outages
* Manage contractor performance during project delivery
* Ensure all engineering changes meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Carry out site visits as part of project support and delivery
* Participate in HAZOP reviews
* Produce Management of Change documentation
About You
* Strong engineering and maintenance knowledge within process or power industries
* Good understanding of pressure parts legislation and project management practices
* Excellent communication, organisational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
* Proven experience managing contractors and delivering complex engineering projects
* HNC (or equivalent qualification)
