Our client is a well-established manufacturer of special purpose equipment based in the Congelton area, who due to ongoing success are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join the team.Project Engineer Position OverviewReviewing client specifications and engineering drawingsAnalysing product tests to ensure proposals meet client requirementsTravelling to customer sites in the UK to carry out site surveysProducing detailed cost estimates and project proposal documentsAssisting with the commissioning of systems at customer premisesProject Engineer Position RequirementsDegree qualified within a Mechanical Engineering subject, or similarExperience with AutoCAD or Solidworks is an advantage5+ years of experience within a Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering environmentAn understanding of EU Machinery and ATEX directive is desirableBased in a commutable distance of Congleton, CheshireProject Engineer Position Remuneration Salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experienceMonday to Friday,08:00 - 16:30, full-time, permanent position.25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
