This role offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within time and budget constraints.\n\nBased at one of our client's London office, with hybrid working available, this position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment projects. You'll play a key role in managing the design, construction, and commissioning of critical infrastructure while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.\n\nOur client is a leading contractor with an outstanding reputation in the water and wastewater sector.

With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration, they are known for successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects that make a real impact.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects from initial concept to completion.\nMaintain strong client relationships and uphold the company's reputation with key stakeholders.\nOversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring all phases meet time, cost, and quality objectives.\nPromote exceptional health, safety, and quality standards across all direct and subcontracted teams.\nManage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial aspects to ensure financial success.\nEnsure compliance with CDM regulations and construction health & safety best practices.\nIdentify and manage project risks and opportunities to enhance overall efficiency.\nSupport continuous improvement and innovation across the delivery team.Requirements:\n\nProject management experience in multi-disciplinary design and construction, ideally in the water industry.\nDegree or equivalent qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field.\nProject Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent accreditation.\nStrong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC and/or IChemE).\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.\nProven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results.\nUnderstanding of CDM regulations and health & safety standards in construction.\nRisk & opportunity management experience.Desirable: Chartered status with a relevant engineering, commercial, or construction institution, NEC Project Manager Accreditation, and experience in water and wastewater treatment plants
