They operate in a fast-paced, multi-customer environment, with a strong focus on service quality, customer experience, and continuous improvement. What will you be doing? In this role, you'll act as a key technical contact for onboarding new customers, taking ownership of implementations from initial setup through to full handover into support. You'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and endpoint environments to ensure clients are set up securely and efficiently.
