Project Engineer Warehouse & Internal Logistics Portsmouth £30-40k + Bonus + Bens This role is responsible for leading projects that design, implement, and improve the sites warehouse infrastructure and internal logistics systems. The Project Engineer manages layout design, material flow, automation opportunities, inventory processes, and logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Working closely with operations, supply chain, IT, engineering teams, and external suppliers, the role oversees project delivery from concept through to implementation, develops procedures and KPIs using tools such as SAP and Power BI, and provides day-to-day guidance for physical logistics activities. The position carries strong health, safety and quality responsibilities, ensuring full compliance with company and client QHSE standards while promoting continuous improvement.
