At Bouygues Energies & Services Industry, an Equans Group Company we are expanding our specialist team and looking for a Project Engineer – Mechanical to deliver excellence in fit out works across complex, regulated environments. This is a site based role that will require travel.

What you will deliver?

* Assist with co-ordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan

* Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documents

* Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports

* Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings in the absence of the Site or Project Manager

* Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines, reporting any risks or delays

* Assist the Site Manager in the management of materials if required

* Record keeping (diary, drawing register, H&S, COSHH Assessments, As built drawings, Levels & Foundations records, site H&S file)

* Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality environmental and safety requirements

Who are we looking for?

* Proven technical knowledge of Mechanical Services

* Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve

* A keen desire to continually develop knowledge further

* Be self-motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines

* Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

* Attention to Health and Safety matters

* Commercially astute

* Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor is desirable

* Degree or equivalent in an Mechanical discipline is desirable

* Familiarity with controlled environments, in the pharmaceutical, cleanroom or healthcare environment would be desirable
