Job Description
Project Engineer - North West London
£350- £400/ Day Rate or £80,000- £90,000 + Benefits PAYE
A leading RC frame and groundwork contractor is seeking a Project Engineer to join a flagship residential development in North West London. This is a £17m RC frame project where the contractor is acting as Principal Contractor, delivering a full package including civils, excavations, drainage, piling, basement box, and superstructure works.
Project details:
Double deep basement Two 10-storey residential blocks Jump cores and post-tensioned slabs Two tower cranes on site
This is a great opportunity to join a strong delivery team on a technically challenging scheme, with further phases to follow.
Role overview:
Supporting project delivery from early stages through to completion Setting out and overseeing RC frame and groundwork elements Coordinating subcontractors and site activities Ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met Liaising with site management and engineering teams
Requirements:
Background with RC frame / groundwork contractors Strong setting out and engineering experience Experience on similar residential or major projects Excellent communication and site coordination skills
