The successful candidate will partner with the Project Manager to oversee projects, ensuring that Weetabix Capital funds are utilised efficiently to align with the company’s strategy and objectives. You'll engage in crafting comprehensive project scopes while skillfully managing scope creep, leveraging your outstanding stakeholder management and persuasive skills.

The Recipe (About the Role) Deliver a 100% safety record with zero accidents across project delivery, demonstrating our unwavering dedication to the health and welfare of all personnel involved.
Forecast and update spend profiles on an ongoing basis, guaranteeing accurate financial planning and stringent control measures are in place to manage expenditures effectively.
Prepare and present comprehensive Project approval presentations for review at levels up to Managing Director, ensuring all relevant information is conveyed to facilitate informed decision-making.
Ensure that regular and accurate communication is maintained with all key and relevant stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage proactively with support functions such as Procurement and Legal to ensure that robust procedures are meticulously followed, thereby minimising risk and enhancing compliance.
The Ingredients (What we need from you) Key Skills
Experience of working in Engineering within the Food and/or FMCG industry
Possess great problem-solving skills, ability to quickly understand business processes and technical requirements.
Display the skills to effectively manage budgets.
Possess knowledge of navigating the stage-gate project management process.
