Our London based client is seeking an experienced and visionary Director to lead its next phase of development. Following the successful delivery of a local fund programme, this newly created position is poised to play a central role in shaping the future of skills provision across the Local London area. This is an initial 1 year fixed-term contract.

As Project Director, you will:

• Lead strategic collaboration across our client's partners to attract new investment and enhance provision.
• Shape and support the next skills project.
• Represent the network at regional and national levels.
• Secure funding, manage projects, and promote our client's achievements.
• Drive innovation in digital, green, and industry-led skills provision.
• Monitor impact through key performance indicators and ensure sustainability of the network.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A strong track record in leading multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in securing and managing external funding.
• Deep understanding of the UK post-16 education and skills landscape.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• A collaborative, proactive, and resilient approach.
