Position: Project Director

Location: South East

Salary: up to £130,000

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major water infrastructure and earthworks programme on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor. This long-term project involves the design and construction of large-scale water assets, complex earthworks, highways interfaces and environmentally sensitive works.

The role requires a proven leader capable of driving project performance, engaging collaboratively with stakeholders, and ensuring safe and successful delivery across the full lifecycle of a multi-year Design & Build scheme.

Project Director Job Overview

Ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Project Director Job Requirements

An accomplished senior leader with significant experience in delivering large-scale Design & Build civil engineering projects Experience within the water infrastructure, earthworks or major infrastructure sectors. Experience managing major projects (£80m-£150m+) Strong client-facing skills and experience working within complex stakeholder environments Leadership of large, multi-disciplinary project teams Excellent understanding of NEC contracts, project controls and programme management Knowledge of BIM and CDE Applications Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE or similar)Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
