A rapidly growing national environmental services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead, develop, and drive its civils operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse civils programme of works across the UK. Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver civil projects witihn the commercial, construction and water treatment indsutries across the UK
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring defined scopes, accurate programmes of work, and full QSHE compliance
Scope, estimate, and quote civils works with accuracy and timely turnaround
Monitor project progress, financial performance, and labour utilisation, taking corrective action where required
Attend sites to review proposals, RAMS, layouts, and ensure contractual requirements can be met
Manage all aspects of the colleague lifecycle including recruitment, training, performance, payroll, holidays, and scheduling
Support senior leadership in driving QSHE compliance and operational excellence
Manage accident/incident reporting, investigations, and implementation of learnings
Review and assess RAMS to ensure they remain fit for purpose

Essential Skills & Experience
IOSH or CITB SMSTS (5‑Day) and valid CSCS card
5–10 years’ experience in civils/drainage planning and management within the water or civils sector
Proven experience as a Civils Construction Manager or Contracts Manager
Strong technical knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and CDM Regulations
Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing performance
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Valid UK driving licence
