One of our clients is looking for an on site Project co-ordinator. Involvement from Project inception working alongside management & sales. Work with team to produce schedule, resource recruitment, training documentation and RAMS to meet all customer requirements. Determine & outline the potential challenges that can increase the cost or cause delays. Assist with producing tracking documentation/ asset tracking and use appropriate resource and systems to improve internal efficiencies within systems and teams. Ensure all Logistics meets project requirements and Engineer material resource requests. Act as an intermediary between upper management, Customer Project management Team and the internal project team. Produce MI data for interna/ external stakeholders.1 Maintain & support project schedule & spread sheets. Asset tracking, site & engineer communications. Vehicle hire & engineer sign off paper work. Ensure project documentation & Customer requirements are met against agreed SLA / set project dates. FULL 40 Performance Appraisal2 Update the system when master data requirements change. Support order management functions as & when required.( Job creations, closure, creation of inspection templates, set up storage locations ) Run management information reports from our Protean service management systems. Creation of MI reports for projects including stock usage & engineer utilization. FULL 15 Performance Appraisal3 Purchase order & web shop order creation. Support the warehouse team in creating new documentation / stream lining processes to increase efficiency & reducing costs. Communicate with external carriers regarding the movement of products within the UK or abroad. Cover for colleagues as & when required.4 Assist with the creation of method statements & risk assessments with the help of colleagues. Understand fully the process map & update accordingly when required.5 Ensure system work is actioned correctly on all systems .Accuracy on counts, reporting & findings. Accuracy on goods in & out. Follow existing processes when dealing with stock movements. Carry out regular cycle counts & report back results. Investigate any discrepancies, recommended improvements to processes to improve on accuracy.This is a 12 month contract that is often extended or made perm.JBRP1_UKTJ
