Position Summary
Responsible for the co-ordination of all allocated projects from beginning stages to final completion of project.
Duties And Responsibilities
To maintain and manage rental equipment for projects ensuring that accurate update to date information relating to product/equipment/projects are held and visible at all times
To manage and log all information relating to contractors including any modifications to projects,
To support Master Scheduler as required, training plan on P6 to be established to ensure knowledge of P6 plans in execution.
To maintain accurate project files, ensuring proper accumulation and monitoring of essential paperwork including Purchase Orders, Variance Orders, Meeting and Action items & PDS required documentation
To assist and monitor the entry of contracts and milestones for billing and invoicing, including the preparation of Contract and Project Set-Up forms to be passed to Accounts for processing. Gathering of documents required to kick off milestones and invoice customer (documentation should be forwarded to Accounting in a timely manner)
To monitoring costs of projects, ensuring accurate preparation of weekly activity reports, WIP reports and Purchase commitment reports.
To develop and prepare the cost reports for Project Managers review and assist in reconciling differences in cost to budget by working with applicable departments.
To assist Project Managers and Project Engineers as required with various activities for individual projects including compilation of data, preparation of purchase requisitions, maintenance of reporting requirements and other duties as assigned.
To participate in activities involving customers, both internal and external, in a professional manner to develop and maintain long term relationships.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
Related industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant experience of project support and planning/scheduling experience.
Proficient in Microsoft software-Word, Excel, Access and Project.
Evidence of strong organizational skills.
DESIRED
Working knowledge of document control systems and project design.
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures as directed.
Strong presentation and communication skills
