Job Description
Mission Translate is looking for Language Translation Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our growing team during an exciting period for the company.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Providing excellent customer service to clients and subcontractors on the telephone on a daily basis\n

Customer support and complaints handling\n
\n
Management and processing of customer orders\n
\n
Sourcing and management of subcontractors\n
\n
Using in-house CRM software\n
\n
Undertaking videoconferencing sessions\n
\n
Data entry\n
\n
Filing\n
\n
Diary management\n
\n
Excellent organisation and timekeeping\n
\n
Strong communication, both written and oral\n
\n
A positive and friendly approach to customers\n
\n
A commitment to delivering excellent customer services\n
\n
The ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines\n
\n
Meticulous attention to detail\n
\n
