Job Title: Project Co-ordinator Location: London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid) PSD is hiring: Project Coordinator – Retail & Hospitality Fit-Outs (London HQ) PSD are partnering with a fast-growing London-based consultancy to recruit a Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of retail & hospitality fit-outs across the UK. This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, work directly with senior leaders and clients, and grow quickly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. What you’ll be doing: Supporting Project Managers to keep projects on track through pre-construction Attending site meetings and producing detailed, accurate minutes Assisting with tender lists, drawing reviews and contractor returns Helping with cost reports, budget trackers and programme updates Producing clear weekly updates for clients Managing and improving the aftercare/handover process Building strong relationships with clients, contractors & consultants What we’re looking for: Ideally experience of supporting projects in retail, leisure or hospitality fit-outs Highly organised, proactive and solutions-driven Confident Excel user (formulas & reporting) Understanding of H&S requirements and legislation Strong communicator with great client-facing skills Full UK driving licence What’s on offer: Competitive salary annual bonus Hybrid working (London HQ) Private medical benefits package Genuine career progression as the business continues to expand If you’re ambitious, detail-focused and ready to step up in a dynamic project delivery role, PSD want to hear from you.
