Project Coordinator – Warehouse/Logistics Automation £36,000 – £42,000 UK Home-Based EMEA Travel (approx. 1 week per month) An opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of warehouse automation projects across the UK and EMEA. Working closely with project managers, engineering teams and external partners, you’ll help ensure projects stay organised, on schedule and aligned with customer expectations, particularly across international deliveries and installations. This role suits someone with project coordination experience in engineering, automation, logistics or industrial environments. The Role * Support delivery of warehouse automation and equipment projects * Track project schedules using MS Project or Smartsheet * Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) * Produce weekly reports and project updates * Coordinate activities across engineering teams, suppliers and customers * Support shipping, logistics and overseas project coordination * Assist with planning and organising EMEA site visits and installations What We’re Looking For * 3–5 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or project support role * Experience supporting international or overseas projects * Exposure to shipping, logistics or equipment delivery coordination * Strong external stakeholder and supplier management skills * Experience working in engineering, automation or industrial environments * Familiarity with MS Project or Smartsheet * Willingness to travel across EMEA when required Why Apply? * Work on international warehouse automation projects * Home-based role with global exposure * Join a structured and growing automation delivery team Apply now if you’re a Project Coordinator looking to work on international automation and engineering projects
