Job Description

Permanent role offering long term security within a busy company\nThis client is seeking a candidate with strong administration and coordinating skills to oversee projects within the Construction Industry\nThe role requires attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment\nDuties are varied to include:-\n * Liaising with Head Office and internal teams, contractors, suppliers and engineers via telephone, email and on a face-to-face basis\n * Maintain and update company records\n * Purchasing materials and equipment to ensure all work is completed\n * Monitoring of staff working hours & time sheet collation\n * Issuing and tracking of safety briefings\n * Assist with bookings for medicals/D&A’s & Training courses\n * Producing weekly headcount reports\n * Any other duties as required\nEssential Attitude:\n * Punctual & Team player\n * Positive, proactive, and flexible approach\n * Self-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks\n * Good task and time management skills\n * Honesty and integrity\n * Ability to work confidentially\n * Ability to work under pressure\n * Confident user of Excel, Word, and Outlook\n * Excellent oral and written communication\n * Proven administration experience\n * Flexible approach towards working duties in order to meet deadlines in a busy environment\n * UK driving license\nImmediate Start\nMonday to Friday (Apply online only)\nFree Parking
