Project Coordinator - City of London\n\nWe are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support our clients Critical Services team across the City of London. This role combines project administration with financial coordination, ensuring small works and critical projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMaintain project trackers, forecasting tools and documentation (RAMS, permits, O&M, handover packs).\nSupport Project Managers with procurement, purchase orders, invoicing and cost tracking.\nCoordinate site access, logistics, meetings and stakeholder updates.\nAct as a client-facing representative, building strong relationships.\nMaintain organised project folders and assist with compliance checks. \n\nRequirements\n\n3+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator or any admin/project support role in building and construction.\nStrong MS Office skills (especially Excel).\nExperience with Procore/1Breadcrumb beneficial.\nUnderstanding of POs, invoicing, forecasting and compliance docs.\nHighly organised, proactive, accurate and client-focused.
