Job Summary: As Project Coordinator (internally known as Implementation Assistant), you will be responsible for planning and executing project delivery. This position reports to the European Implementation Manager. Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of the project coordinator includes: Assist in planning and executing project tasks. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless implementation. Maintain project schedules and track progress. Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements. Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and clients. Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Address client queries and provide regular updates on project status. Collect, analyse, and report on project data. Maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes. Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
