Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of a complex business carve-out. This role provides administrative, planning, and tracking support across multiple workstreams, helping to ensure milestones are achieved on time and in line with separation objectives. The Project Co-ordinator will work closely with the PMO, functional teams, and external advisers to maintain visibility, monitor progress, and support smooth Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilisation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports. Support the PMO in tracking progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Assist in the preparation of dashboards and updates for senior leadership. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and working sessions across functional teams. Ensure actions from meetings and governance forums are recorded, tracked, and followed up. Maintain centralised programme information and repositories to ensure data accuracy. Support day-to-day communications between workstreams and the PMO. Help prepare materials and documentation for Day 1 readiness and post-close activities. Assist in the implementation of programme governance, processes, and standards.~
Required Experience
Experience in project coordination or administrative support within complex programmes. Exposure to carve-outs, separations, or large-scale transformation programmes desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience producing reports, dashboards, and maintaining project documentation. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
