Project Coordinator / Account Manager £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits Leicestershire 37.5 hour week (Flexible working hours)
Zenovo are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support our customers management team with project delivery of existing contracts, managing minor projects and external customer account management.
You must be capable of working alone and as part of a team to organise and coordinate internal and external stakeholders and support accurate reporting of progress against all aspects of each projects performance.
Main Duties
Deliver projects in line with project programme to meet contractual requirements. Prepare monthly reports, phase reviews to detail current project status and provide early Identification of any project issues as part of the project lifecycle management. Manage project costs and prepare Monthly Forecast / Budget reports. Ensure monthly Invoicing is completed, including equipment, materials and resources. Support resource allocation for short and long term projects Ensure the relevant project controls are in place with focus on process improvement. Support the preparation of project variations. Prepare materials requisitions as required Act as a liaison with clients to determine their requirements and assist them in the development of their systems requirements with assistance from senior managers and engineers Scheduling of resources, equipment, material and applications Ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance Procedures and current legislation / standards. Ensuring Tools and Equipment are maintained and Calibrated within the Rail Support Group Ensure Team Access and Training records are kept up to date Ensure all QHSE documentation is completed and approved. Required Skills and Experience:
Ability to problem solve, work under own initiative and drive to deliver results Excellent client liaison to manage project requirements and change. This role will have elements of customer facing responsibility so the successful applicant must be customer focused with the ability to put the customer above all others. Assisting in managing key stakeholders - build and develop client relationships. Have the ability to work within a team of diverse disciplines and ensure people feel empowered, valued and comfortable Understanding of Project Management techniques Have a proactive work ethic, be self-driven and flexible, patient with great time management Ability to communicate at all levels, enabling excellent relationship building. Have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
