Are you ready to take the reins on some of London’s most ambitious infrastructure projects? We’re seeking a Project Controls Manager to provide strategic oversight, guide delivery teams, and transform performance data into actionable decisions that keep complex programmes on track.

Your Role & Impact
As Project Controls Manager, you’ll lead an integrated team and act as the bridge between delivery teams and senior leadership, providing clarity and confidence across cost, schedule, and risk functions. Your responsibilities include:
Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing project controls team, building capability and fostering collaboration Drive Predictability: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and keep programmes on course Strategic Insight: Transform data and metrics into clear, actionable guidance for senior stakeholders Stakeholder Influence: Build trusted relationships with internal teams, contractors, and partners Governance & Reporting: Ensure consistent, transparent reporting aligned with NEC frameworks and organisational standards
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in project controls for major infrastructure or capital delivery programmes Strong expertise with Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, cost control systems, and performance reporting Working knowledge of NEC contracts and complex programme governance Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences Strategic, proactive, and able to operate under pressure while inspiring confidence in others Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering insight that drives informed decision-making
