Project Controls Engineer / Project Controls Manager
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 1 day per week on site
Location: Bridgwater (with occasional visits to regional offices)
Eligibility: Sole UK Nationals only

We are supporting a leading UK-based engineering and project services organisation delivering complex, high-value infrastructure programmes across the energy, transportation, and built environment sectors, and are seeking a Project Controls Engineer / Manager to deliver robust project controls across a major programme, integrating cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting processes to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.

The role will involve ownership of performance measurement, including the development and management of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) to track progress against cost and schedule. You will support cost control, planning, risk and change management, ensuring robust forecasting and effective change governance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience working with NEC contracts and UK construction frameworks.
• Proficiency with project controls tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project, cost systems)
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills

This role may require security vetting as part of the onboarding process. Candidates must be sole UK nationals and able to demonstrate long-term UK residency.
