Duties for the role of Project Architect include:

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects * Lead and work across RIBA work stages 1 through to 5 on residential and commercial projects * Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved * Prepare design drawings for competitive tender

Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:

* ARB registered * Strong post RIBA part 3 qualification as an Architect within a UK practice * Proficient with Revit * Education sector experience would be beneficial * Job running experience * Excellent technical and drawing skills * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
