Salary: £44,000 - £48,000

An established and highly regarded UK architectural practice is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its Birmingham studio. Renowned for delivering high-quality work across urban design, interiors, and masterplanning, the studio has a diverse portfolio spanning the residential, healthcare, and education sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to take a leading role in the delivery of major healthcare projects, from early concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
* Drive concept design, planning applications, and detailed technical design
* Provide strong design and technical leadership, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation
* Undertake site visits and manage construction-stage coordination
* Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
* Support and mentor junior team members within a collaborative studio environment

Skills & Experience

* ARB-registered Architect
* Significant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
* Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects autonomously
* Strong working knowledge of all RIBA stages
* High level of proficiency in Revit
* Previous healthcare project experience highly advantageous
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Based within commuting distance of Birmingham
