Project Architect – London

My client is a highly regarded, design-led architectural practice of over 100 professionals, known for its collaborative culture and commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality design across urban design, architecture, interiors, and research.

They are seeking a talented Project Architect to join the team and contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale commercial projects. This role suits a design-led architect who can lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver across all RIBA stages. Experience in workplace projects is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects across all RIBA stages Maintain design quality through technical development and construction Lead and coordinate key project packages, working with consultants and clients Prepare and present design information Mentor and support junior team members

Skills & Experience

ARB registered with 3–5+ years post-Part III experience Strong design, technical, and coordination skills Proficient in Revit (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp/Rhino advantageous) Experience on large-scale, design-led projects Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware

Desirable

Workplace project experience Knowledge of sustainability and early-stage design Interest in business development and networking
