Our client is seeking a Project & Process Engineering Team Leader to lead and develop the process and project engineering function within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Project & Process Engineering Team Leader:

Lead and develop a team of process and project engineers.

Allocate resources to meet site and departmental goals.

Provide coaching, training, and performance management.

Own and oversee core manufacturing processes.

Support process engineering across all production lines.
*
Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
*
Identify and implement new technologies and automation.
*
Lead engineering project delivery and governance.
*
Deliver projects to time, cost, and performance targets.
*
Maintain accurate project documentation and safety compliance.
*
Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders.
*
Manage suppliers and external contractors.
Key Skills of a Project & Process Engineering Team Leader:

Degree-qualified engineer or equivalent experience.

Proven leadership of engineering teams.
