This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to organize information. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating effective communication, streamlining collaboration efforts, and providing project support to the head of mobility & role will be responsible for the development and curation of engaging content for internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy by collaborating with the mobility & immigration team. What you will need to succeed in this role Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Proven experience in communications, collaboration, and document management. Experience supporting senior management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Proficiency in collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel). Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role will require you to work 3 days per week in the Belfast office, so candidates within Northern Ireland will be given preference, and we would not consider someone relocating for this role. Although the role is initially for a 12-month period, there is a high possibility of extension.
