30 hour flexible hybrid role to support the Delivery & Partnership team project manage some of their most complex projects. Office requirement Tuesday and Thursday with flex hours between 8am and 6pm.
Project Management admin skills
* Taking notes/actions at project meetings and ensuring project team delivers on those actions while also circulating these to the team
* Project tracking - accountability for keeping DPLs aware of impending deadlines and using project management tools such as Asana to keep up-to-date records
* Diary management - setting up meetings for internal/external project teams either in person, via Microsoft Teams or Zoom
* Financial processing - processing invoices/raising purchase orders/ordering vouchers and managing budget trackers
* Collating information to put together documentation that the contracting officer can use to generate binding contracts
Inter-personal skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* A team player with a warm, collaborative & friendly approach to be able to work closely together with a small team and people across the organisation
* Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and able to identify priorities to work at speed and with accuracy
* Excellent IT skills including MS Office, online meeting software and collaboration tools such as Miro, Asana, etc
