To accelerate our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to secure new projects and nurture long‑term client relationships.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will generate and convert leads for extensions, refurbishments, conversions, and ground‑up builds in the £100k–£5m range. This is a commission‑only position suited to a self‑motivated “hunter” who thrives on autonomy, owns their network, and is rewarded by uncapped earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development– Identify and qualify opportunities through architects, estate agents, investor circles and private homeowners.
- Consultative Selling– Conduct initial site visits, understand client requirements, and position JewelDreamHomes as the contractor of choice.
- Proposal Coordination– Work closely with our in‑house estimating and design teams to present persuasive, accurate quotations.
- Relationship Management– Maintain regular contact throughout the pre‑contract stage, ensuring prospects receive timely answers and a seamless handover to project teams once contracts are signed.
- Brand Representation– Attend property events and networking forums, acting as an ambassador for our quality standards and ethical approach.
- Reporting & Forecasting– Use CRM tools to track activity, measure pipeline health and report monthly progress against agreed revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- 3‑5years’ success selling high‑value services within construction, fit‑out, real estate or a related sector.
- Demonstrable London‑centric network (architects, developers, private clients).
- Confident negotiator with sound knowledge of residential construction terminology and processes.
- Organised, data‑driven and comfortable managing a personal P&L.
- Self‑employed mindset: You manage your own schedule and thrive on performance‑linked remuneration.
Earnings & Support
- Commission:2–5% of contract value, paid on signed agreement (typical OTE £120k+).
- Accelerators:Higher percentages once annual targets are exceeded.
- Resources:Marketing collateral, case‑study videos, social advertising campaigns, and full estimating/QS support.
- Flexibility:Hybrid diary—combine home working with site visits and occasional office hot‑desking in central London.
