This is an all-through provision (ages 4 18) that supports approximately 140 pupils with specialized needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The School Environment This is not a mainstream setting. It is a highly specialized private provision where: Small Class Sizes: You will work in a setting with only 140 pupils in total across the entire school. Classrooms typically contain 4 8 students, with staff-to-pupil ratios often reaching 2:1 or 1:1 . Bespoke Curriculum: The school utilizes a unique "Socio-Education" model that prioritizes emotional development alongside academic achievement. The Role As a Progress Partner, you will provide 1-1 and small group support to ensure vulnerable young people can access their education. Delivering a differentiated curriculum that meets each student s EHCP. Emotional Coaching: Helping students manage social-emotional factors that act as barriers to their learning.
